Prior to joining Emerald Lake, Mr. Lee was a member of the North American investment team at Cinven, a large international private equity firm.

He was involved in numerous investments across multiple sectors, including software, media, telecom, and tech-enabled services. Prior to Cinven, Mr. Lee worked at Bregal Investments, a middle market private equity firm where he helped execute investments into consumer, retail, and services businesses.

Mr. Lee holds a B.S. degree in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern University.
